It is the policy of Felder Water Well to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, equipment and systems of work for all of our staff and to provide information, training and supervision as is required for this purpose. As part of this commitment, we are enrolled in DISA Contractor Consortium, a third party administrator for NASAP (North American Substance Abuse Program.) The DISA program includes pre-employment, random and pre-access drug and alcohol testing and background screenings.

Employees also participate in annual continuing education classes, as well as general and site specific training through Contractor’s Safety Council. We are insured, trained and licensed in accordance with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
